In the online store of the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” Foundation, you will find various charitable items. With each purchase, you donate a smile to a child with special educational needs at the Children’s Development Center “Smiles”, established and managed by the Foundation.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” Foundation online store and users regarding the items offered on the platform. By browsing the pages, clicking on objects or links, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.
Orders and purchase contracts with the Foundation may only be made by individuals who are 16 years of age or older.
Orders can be placed with or without registration on the website.
Users without a registered account voluntarily provide personal data required by the guest checkout form. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
If inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete data is provided, the Foundation reserves the right to:
Request correct and complete information; or
Close/delete the information and/or deny further access to services.
By confirming an order as a guest, users explicitly agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the “I accept the Terms and Conditions” box. This constitutes an electronic declaration under the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act, acknowledging full acceptance of the terms.
Registered users similarly express consent by checking the “I accept the Terms and Conditions” box.
The Foundation processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that the Foundation may process their personal data in connection with the use of the website services. To serve and fulfill your orders, the following information is required:

Contact phone number
Delivery address
Invoice details (optional)
The Foundation may publish comments, feedback, or photos you share on its channels. The Foundation is not responsible for the accuracy of such publicly shared content.
The Foundation does not store payment card data or other financial instruments.
Collected personal data is used exclusively for order processing, communication in case of issues, and service improvement. Data will not be shared with third parties or used for other purposes.

Each order placed through the online store implies an obligation to pay via the selected payment method.
Orders can be placed 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Products are shipped via Econt courier within 3 working days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
During the order process, users can review product details, prices, personal information, invoice details, delivery method, and payment method.
The order constitutes consent to a distance sales contract under the Consumer Protection Act. The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation by email or phone from the Foundation.
All prices are final, inclusive of VAT, in Bulgarian lev (BGN). Delivery costs are calculated separately depending on the chosen delivery method. Items are shipped via Econt according to their pricing.
Order fulfillment may be hindered by:
Product unavailability
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
Discrepancies between received and ordered products
The Foundation covers costs of returning/replacing incorrect items caused by its own error. If delivery fails due to the recipient, return shipping costs are the user’s responsibility.
Payment can be made via:
Cash on delivery – pay the courier upon receipt.
Credit or debit card – during order checkout.
Bank transfer
The Foundation does not store card details. Card transactions are processed securely via MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure through DSK Bank e-commerce platform.
Maximum card payment: 2,000 BGN.
Delivery to address: specify address, recipient name, and instructions.
Delivery to courier office: select an Econt office for pickup.
The delivery address cannot be “to be determined” or a PO box.
If a product is unavailable, the Foundation will notify you promptly to arrange later delivery. Multiple items from the same order may be shipped together unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt under these conditions:
Original packaging
No signs of use, damage, or contamination
Completed return form
Return costs are the user’s responsibility.
Products may be exchanged or refunded (excluding delivery costs). Refunds are made to your bank account within 30 days of notification and submission of account details.
