Irina Dokova is the founder and president of the Dokova and Dokov Foundation for the Future. The creation of the foundation is her dream come true and a natural result of her personal cause to help women and children in need.

She has a degree in Business Communications and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

As of mid-2021, she is a certified coach in  DirectChangeSolutioncoaching. Advanced courses in Emotional Freedom Technique and Neuro-Linguistic Programming complement her competencies, related to providing psychological support and personal development.

She has over 12 years of experience in managing high-growth and successful companies in the construction and services industries.

Her leadership competences, personal qualities and above all her big heart are the best “foundation” to support the development of the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” Foundation.
