Ruzha Doncheva

Ruzha Doncheva is a certified mediator and a Master of Law with a specialization in corporate and commercial law. Volunteer work has been her cause for more than 10 years – she participated in various projects to support the Bessarabian Bulgarians. In 2014, she was part of the Port of Varna team to clean up the consequences of the devastating flood in Asparuhovo district in the city of Varna. After the beginning of the military operations in Ukraine and since the opening of the Refugee Center in the city of Varna in March 2022, she actively participated in the organization of humanitarian aid for Ukrainian refugees. In the Dokova and Dokov Foundation for the Future, she joins as the main coordinator of the Children’s Center “Smiles for Ukraine”.

The energy with which she works for this cause is infectious and her perfectionism uncompromising. She believes that everything is achievable with hard work and perseverance.

She knows that the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who change it. Therefore, Ruzha does not save time and effort, but acts – bravely and organized, in order to make even the most daring dreams for justice and a bright future come true together with the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” foundation.
