The hectic daily routine, high expectations and a constant stream of stressful situations exhaust the mind and body. Emotions often take over, and a sense of inner instability creates tension and uncertainty. True freedom comes when one develops the ability to manage one’s inner world instead of succumbing to external circumstances.
This training offers a clear and practical approach to building psycho-emotional independence through effective techniques and methods.

Relaxation and meditation techniques
Meditation: practices such as concentration (mindfulness), breathing exercises, and getting in touch with our spiritual selves that reduce stress, help us fall asleep, and focus our thoughts on the present moment.
Connecting to the inner rhythm: Techniques for becoming aware of and following the body's inner rhythm through mindful movement and activities.
Techniques to overcome stress and mental strain
Stress management techniques: calming techniques through controlled breathing and positive affirmations.
Mental flow processing: methods for calming the mind through thought control. Methods for controlling thought flow and coping with OCD.
Techniques for dealing with feelings and emotions
Techniques for transforming negative emotions: using techniques for transforming and managing anger and sadness.
Survival in times of crisis: Techniques and methods for self-control and mastery of our inner world in times of crisis and external upheaval.
Emotional release: Exercises to identify emotional blockages in our body and release them.
Techniques for concentration, attention switching and deep concentration
Switching attention: Skills for directing attention and switching from one state of consciousness to another.

The training aims to support participants in developing their inner independence. This is achieved by providing practical tools and methods to manage emotions, control the mind, ego and thought processes.
In addition, the training aims to reduce stress, improve concentration and encourage the creation of inner and outer harmony – both with self and others.
