UNICEF chose the 'Dokova and Dokov for the Future' Foundation as its partner

We are happy to share that the United Nations Children’s Fund @UNICEFBulgaria has chosen the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” Foundation as its partner. This is an extremely high evaluation for us and for the work of the center in Varna to help Ukrainian children.

In the Children’s Center “Smiles for Ukraine” | “Posmiški dlya Ukrainy” Children’s Center has been working for more than eight months to provide children with a cozy space where they feel calm and in a protected environment. With us, they dance, play, draw, develop their emotional intelligence through various role-playing games and art therapy, practice Ukrainian language and mathematics, and most of all, have fun and find new friendships.

Our psychologists at the children’s center continue to support the mothers of the Ukrainian children by conducting joint and individual therapy meetings, so that we can help the development of each child and his parents in their difficult path of integration in a foreign country.

Thanks to the project financed by UNICEF, we started Bulgarian language lessons for both the older children and the youngest ones using an innovative methodology through games and entertainment.

At the Dokova and Dokov for the Future Foundation, we stand behind the right of every child to have a good future by striving to provide systematic support through various causes and projects.

As part of the children’s program, we organize and carry out various festive and folklore events, to which all children from Varna are welcome.
