On March 28, the inspiring event “Heritage. Leadership. Future.”, organized by the Dokova & Dokov for Future Foundation, took place in a fully packed Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture. The event gathered thousands of attendees, including an impressive number of young people — the future leaders of Bulgaria.
At the heart of the evening was the powerful and impactful presentation by Hristo Popov, who shared his vision of leadership as a personal choice, responsibility, and direction. His words resonated deeply with the audience, carrying a clear message:
“Leadership is not a title. It is a choice we make every day.”
The emotional performances by the “Bulgare” Ensemble deeply moved the audience and transformed the event into an exceptional blend of culture, art, choreography, and energy. Together, they brought to life the strength of Bulgarian roots and spirit — a force that can and should be used as a driver of transformation and a catalyst for the business success of Bulgarians. Because heritage is not just the past, but a living connection to the future.
The audience remained active, inspired, and engaged throughout the entire event. The presence of so many young people was a clear sign that topics such as personal growth, purpose, and leadership truly resonate with today’s generation.
We believe that everyone left with something personal — an idea, inspiration, or a new perspective.
The event also achieved its charitable goal — €104,000 were raised from ticket sales. The funds will support the LIONS of Bulgaria initiative, dedicated to fostering the development of Bulgarian entrepreneurs and future business projects with global potential.
“We have Khan Tervel, we have Simeon the Great, we have Botev, you have Levski, we have Rakovski… and this is only a small part! Our very nature carries immense potential. And everything depends on you.

With these inspiring words, Vladimir Dokov, founder of the Dokova & Dokov for Future Foundation, closed the event, reminding everyone that the future is not something we wait for — it is something we create through action.
