Monthly support meetings for children with Down syndrome and their parents

The “Dokova and Dokov for Future” Foundation together with the Life with Down Syndrome Foundation are launching a completely new initiative for the city of Varna – monthly support meetings at the Center for Child Development “Smiles”. The meetings are informal, and we plan to turn them into a tradition and grow into parenting groups for mutual help, moderated by a psychologist. During them, children have the opportunity to have fun, play and create new friendships in a colorful children’s corner open entirely to them, and parents have their own space in which to share experiences and exchange experiences not only on social networks.

Children with Down Syndrome are welcome at the Children’s Development Center “Smiles”, created by the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” Foundation, where they can receive free psychological support, creative, educational activities and music therapy, with lots of games and entertainment in the colorful our space.
