Irina Dokova - Business woman of the year 2022 in the social responsibility category
The chairwoman of the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” Foundation, Irina Dokova, was awarded as Business Woman of the Year in the Social Responsibility category. The Women’s Entrepreneurship Network “Business on High Heels” annually organizes an official ceremony for the awarding of the “Golden Heel – Business Woman of the Year” awards, dedicated to personal achievements, to what a woman invests her energy and valuable time in – the business, the activity , professional achievements.
The ceremony at the Hayatt Regency Hotel on 02/26/2023 honored talented and dedicated women entrepreneurs who not only run successful businesses, but in many cases juggle the needs of their families.
“The Business in High Heels” Women’s Club recognizes the achievements of these women in a wide range of business categories, rewarding them for their tenacity, perseverance, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

Irina Dokova is the founder and chairman of the management board of the “Dokova and Dokov for the Future” foundation. The establishment of the foundation is a natural result of her calling to help women and children in need. Her greatest passion is the charitable work she develops, and the cause she gives her heart and soul to is the fight against domestic violence.
The award was presented by Adv. Bilyana Toncheva is a recognition of Irina Dokova’s charitable activities, participation and support in various causes and socially significant initiatives, and it comes only one year after the foundation of the organization. A year in which the foundation’s slogan “We change destinies. We make dreams come true’ has come true more than once.
